All our golf carts are street legal. You can drive them on any road with a posted speed limit of 35mph or lower and you may cross any road with a posted speed limit over 35mph. You can easily drive back and forth to the beach and be able to visit most of the shops and restaurants that Destin has to offer! Just make sure to stay off of US-98
